Shipping Policy

Heavenly Skin only ships in the US, due to the world wide pandemic packages may be delayed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

In case delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please send us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. Processing time is 1-2 business days. for regular orders and for Rush Handling will be shipped out from our warehouse in order 24 hours with the exception on orders placed Fridays after 2 pm, or during the weekend or Holidays, these orders will be processed the next business day.
If you mess up on your address please contact us as soon as possible but double check always before confirming your order and to verify that it is correct.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are guaranteed to bring you the highest quality of our products and merchandise and hope every person is satisfied. All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, for sanitary purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products.​e, please email @heavenlyskinandbeautybar@gmail.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. If the product is deemed defective by Heavenly skin and beauty bar.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
